5. Certification:
5.1 To obtain the Trichology Practitioner certification, participants must successfully complete all course requirements, assessments, and quizzes.
5.2 The certification will be provided electronically upon meeting the course's completion criteria.
5.3 Certificates are processed manually and sent as a Digital PDF within 7 business days of the request. If a printed version of the certificate is required, an additional fee of $50 plus shipping will apply. This service is available only within North America.
6. Conduct and Etiquette:
6.1 Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional attitude towards instructors and fellow learners.
6.2 Any form of disruptive behavior or harassment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.
